Easy-to-Learn

For the whole pre-school education period (age 2 to 6), the system can provide for every child's learning and growth history four different types of functional recording tools. Their records can be utilized by the system to compile formal personal profile and reports, for any chosen reporting time period.

Personal Growth Profile
It registers each child's personal preferences, height and weight, health status, etc. It can be updated periodically to clearly record the child's physical growth during the pre-school years.

Teachers And Parents Communication Records
It registers the communication between parents and school, and helps strengthen the cooperation between the family and the school. Reminders can be issued by the system for those cases that need follow-up.

Learning Activities And Observations Records
Teachers can make record of their observation of children's performance in day-to-day learning activities, especially those unusual performance and learning behaviors. In some cases, such records can help not just teachers determine if any special corrective actions are required, but also parents recognize if any complementary guidance and support to their children are needed. In others, such records can allow future references for children who have performed exceptionally well in their pre-school years.

Periodical Assessment Records
These records register the assessments of the learning performance of each child during each reporting period. The assessments are based on the key performance indicators designed by the educational institute for each learning domain. Comments from teachers and principals can also be recorded together to make the periodic report more complete.
